ANTES DE LA SUBASTA
Procedimientos a seguir por el inversionista(s):
1. Firme el contrato de consultoría con Somelco y transfiera el 5% del monto a invertir directo a la Corte.
2. Somelco le enviará semanalmente, la lista con las propiedades a subastar, usted debe informarnos la propiedad de su preferencia y su máxima oferta, antes de las 12:00 pm del día antes de la subasta.
3. El equipo de expertos de Somelco apostará por usted en la subasta, para comprar al mejor precio.
Despues de la subasta
Si la propiedad es suya, usted deberá transferir a la Corte el 95% restante antes de 24 horas más la comisión de Somelco.
Sino el 5% permanecerá en la Corte hasta la siguiente subasta.
Nosotros solo compramos títulos de propiedades que sean una buena inversión para nuestros clientes.
