BEFORE THE AUCTION
Procedures to follow by Investor(s):
1. Sign the Somelco Consulting Agreement and wire-transfer 5% of total investment directly to the Court.
2. Somelco will send the weekly auction. You need to inform us the desired properties and their maximum bids by 12:00pm the day before the auction.
3. Somelco’s team of experts will bid for the best property’s deed at the auction for you.
AFTER THE AUCTION
If the property is yours, within 24 hours you need to transfer the 95% remaining balance directly to the Court and submit to Somelco our commission fees.
If the deposit is not used during the auction, the 5% deposit will remain in the Court until the next auction.
